Designed and built for Susan’s artist mother, the place is spacious and light filled and exudes a sense of creativity and calm. Totally self contained and private, the entire house is available for a minimum of two nights and sleeps up to four people.

Clean lines and an open spacious design enhanced by white walls and dark wooden floors, furnished with a mix of antique, vintage and contemporary pieces plus regularly changing artworks. The place comes with TV, DVD player and a wide selection of library books, DVDS and games. The piano is there to be enjoyed while far reaching views can be enjoyed from the large deck area.

Great views from the king size double bed on mezzanine level. A second twin room on the ground floor is comfortably furnished with wool plaid curtains, soft alpaca throws, cosy sheepskin rugs and asian textiles.

Contemporary glass and chrome combine comfortably with mellow stone and painted wood. Alongside the WC and basin there is a generous walk in shower area.

Well-equipped Shaker style kitchen contains electric oven, hob, microwave and fridge while adjoining living/dining area provides vintage Ercol table and chairs. Double French windows open onto a large covered deck area with charcoal bbq for al fresco eating.
